Safety first

Safety is paramount at Van Gool. Every part of our new-delivery and rental assortment is thoroughly examined upon delivery and thoroughly inspected upon return. Our equipment is therefore always reliable and meets the latest safety standards. We carry out a visual inspection after each rental period. Equipment is cleaned and disassembled. In this way we can carry out a thorough examination of all parts according to procedure. All non-compliant equipment is overhauled so that it meets all requirements and can be used again. This way you always work with good and reliable equipment.

VCA/SCC CERTIFIED

We are VCA (SCC) certified. SCC stands for VGM (Safety, Health and Environment) Checklist Contractors. The Certificate is a recognition of the measures taken to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our employees.

MEMBER OF EKH (LEEA)

Van Gool inspects and carries out repairs according to the standards of the EKH (recognized inspection companies for hoisting and lifting equipment). The EKH is the Dutch LEEA (lifting equipment engineers association). It prescribes which actions must be carried out during the testing and inspection of lifting equipment. These work instructions include the official rules and guidelines, supplemented where necessary with further requirements arising from the specific knowledge and experience within the hoisting and lifting equipment sector. This ensures that the legal standards and guidelines for the inspection of hoisting and lifting equipment are unambiguously applied.
