Calibration centre
Looking for a reliable service you can truly count on? Have your load cells or hydraulic jacks inspected at our calibration centre today. Using the most precise measuring instruments, we verify whether your equipment still meets all requirements. Even a minor deviation can have a significant impact on your next project. Whether in our calibration centre, on the workshop floor, or using our mobile test bed on-site: safety always comes first.
Calibration in Brief
Calibration is the process of comparing a measuring instrument with an accurate standard to identify deviations. This ensures the quality of your results and compliance with the applicable precision standards for reliable measurements. We have several machines capable of performing measurements up to 350 tonnes located within the calibration centre. The 350-tonne equipment features a dual function: tension load cells can be calibrated in the lower section, while compression load cells are calibrated in the upper section.
Hydraulic Jack bench
Our hydraulic jacking bench is an advanced machine that performs thorough assessments of hydraulic jacks. Through controlled dynamic loading and pressure, this installation simulates realistic operational environments specifically designed for precision work. Thanks to this accuracy, it is possible to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of performance, durability, and reliability. This process even brings hidden defects to light.

Imagine this scenario: a cylinder undergoes a static pressure test of 700 bar. Generally, no issues surface as long as the seal around the plunger avoids contact with any damaged parts of the cylinder. However, should this occur during operation, the consequences can be severe, not only causing significant damage to the cargo but potentially injuring the operator as well. This risk exists because, during static testing, the cylinder is pressurized at specific levels; damage occurring outside these levels remains undetected. With dynamic testing, the entire range of the cylinder is tested, ensuring these flaws are exposed within a secure testing environment.
